🎁 Operation Deltona Cares – Important Information for Applicants 🎁
As we get ready to spread holiday cheer again this season, please take a moment to review a few important details about our toy assistance program:
✨ We’re a small charity and operate as a “hand up,” not a “hand out” program.
🏡 This program is open to Deltona residents only.
🔁 Families who receive assistance cannot apply two years in a row.
💖 New applicants will be prioritized over previous recipients.
🚫 We’re unable to provide gift cards, gaming systems, or other high-value items.
🔒 All information shared will remain confidential and used only to verify eligibility and fulfill requests.
We’re so grateful to everyone who helps make Operation Deltona Cares possible each year — from donors to volunteers to families who support one another in our community. ❤️

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
