🕊️ Never Forget 9/11 🕊️
In the days, weeks, and years following September 11, 2001, our first responders and military personnel carried more than the weight of rescue and recovery—they carried invisible wounds. PTSD, survivor’s guilt, and long-term trauma became lasting reminders of that day’s impact.
That’s why programs like the Deltona Peer Support (DPS) Initiative are so critical. They provide a safe place for our firefighters, law enforcement officers, and military members to talk openly, support each other, and heal.
Two decades later, the mission remains the same: honor the fallen by protecting the living.
We stand committed to breaking the stigma, offering resources, and reminding our heroes they are never alone.

🚨 Two of our local first responders have suffered a devastating house fire — and now it’s our turn to show up for them.
These heroes have dedicated their lives to serving others, and now they need us. The Deltona Firefighters Foundation stands with our brothers and sisters from local departments as we rally to support them in this time of need.
🙏 If you’re able, please consider donating to the GoFundMe linked below. Every dollar helps them rebuild what was lost.
Let’s stand together — like we always do.

🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. 🕯️
On this day, the Deltona Firefighters pause to remember the 343 firefighters, paramedics, police officers, and thousands of civilians who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
They ran toward danger so others could escape it.
They gave their lives so others could live.
Today, we stand in their honor — and in solidarity with every family forever changed by that day. We carry their memory in our hearts and in our service.
🧑🚒💔 We will never forget.
