Welcome to the DPS Initiative—a collaborative effort dedicated to enhancing the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our community’s first responders and Veterans. This program is designed to empower peers with the tools and resources they need to thrive, supported by a strong network of partnerships and expert guidance.
DPS is composed of peers within the first responder community, committed to serving as a vital link between individuals seeking help and the resources provided by all vetted personnel. Our goal is to guide you toward a healthier and better path, ensuring that every step you take is supported by trusted experts and comprehensive care.
The Deltona Firefighters Foundation is honored to join forces with the Deltona Fire Department’s Peer Support Team in this mission. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to UCF Restores, Volusia Recovery Alliance, and Redline Rescue, as well as the vetted clinicians who tirelessly provide essential resources and information to our local first responders and Veterans. Special thanks also go to VEMA for their generous financial support, which has been instrumental in bringing this initiative to life.

This evolving platform provides a secure space for members and their families to access critical and confidential resources that support physical, mental, and even financial well-being.
What sets the Cordico app apart? Its unwavering commitment to confidentiality within the first responder community. No information is tracked through the app, and all assessments and calls are entirely anonymous. Rest assured, no data is ever shared with third-party groups.
